Looking for your opinion.

I have been an RN for 25 years. I am thinking about starting an In-Home Medication Set up Service. I wanted to know if you feel this service is needed?
Basically I would set up your medications for the week. Instruct you on taking the medication properly, evaluate the effectiveness of the medication and monitor you for potential side-effects. Check your blood pressure and pulse each visit and document them. I would also alert the pharmacy when refills are due. Communicate with your doctor and family members as needed. I would also provide you a current list of your medications, doses and why you take them to share with other healthcare providers.
I would need to charge between 40 and 50 dollars per visit. Any thoughts you have would be helpfull.
